Fleurish Lavender of Lost Mountain
During your visit to our quaint family farm, you may wish to enjoy yard games in our abundant orchard of cherry, apple, pear and plum trees before strolling through our lush, fragrant field of lavender. Stop during high season to take pictures amongst the shoulder high lavender blooms before gazing upon our prized Lavender Specimen Garden; a great place to compare 86 different lavendula and lavandin species. We challenge you to find a favorite! Will it be the brilliant white lavender, Edelweiss, the gentle pink lavender, Melissa, or perhaps the deep purple, Royal Velvet?
Open for visitation, 10am to 6pm, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (check website for most current schedule). Pets on leash are welcome, but please keep a distance from our alpacas who don’t take kindly to inquisitive canines. After hours visitation for sunset photography or private tours may be arranged by calling our gift shop.
Rumored to be an old moonshiner’s cottage, our vintage building has been converted into the charming Cottage Gift Shop, holding a vast array of handcrafted lavender products lovingly made by us right here on the farm using our award-winning lavender oils. We carry several culinary lavender items in addition to everyone’s farm favorites: fresh & dried bundles, essential oils, lavender sachets, and a variety of hand-crafted soaps and body products. Clothing, blankets, figurines and other items made from alpaca fleece will have you swooning. Local artisans also have a place in our shop offering stunning pottery, natural salves, beautiful jewelry, decorative housewares, and inspiring bookmarks.
Open to delight your senses, 10am to 6pm, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (check website for most current schedule).
